Director of Sales - CEM Services Europe

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales and New Business Development selling CEM services throughout Europe. This position will be responsible for further developing the European territory that currently has business scattered throughout the region, but largely hasn't been focused on. This is an opportunity to take your direct CEM expertise and rolodex and contacts of tier one and two OEM's in Computing, Wireless and handsets, Industrial and also Automotive, and governement and grow a territory and then build a team around yourself.

Responsibilities:

Direct responsibilities include analyzing existing business and evaluating the status of every European account. Next is to develop a strategy based upon this CEM's global foot print and design and manufacturing capabilities to break into new accounts as well as grow exisiting business. First year realistic new business development expectations would be to generate approximately $20-30mm in new buisness throughout the region.

REQUIREMENTS:

Currently employed selling CEM/SMT design and manufacturing services.

Must have a 4 year college degree.

You must be either currently living and working in Europe - preference given to candidates in Germany or the greater London area, or currently selling into Europe and have an active pipeline of business and contacts. (If you are not currently selling CEM services in Europe you will not be contacted for this position)

Experience selling CEM services into Medical, Automotive, Telecom, PC, Industrial, Handsets and Government is needed.

Proven track record of closing deals between $5-10mm per account.

Extensive experience selling throughout Europe and have a track record of both growing and managing existing business as well as developing new business through cold calling and networking.
