Job Duties: Ideal candidate will lead the overall activities of SMT plant in San Jose of California and be responsible for quality assurance, productivity, cost control, workplace safety, employee development and maintenance of the facilities. Requirements: �5+ years� high volume manufacturing management experience. �Familiarity with SMT production line.
