Requirements:
� Provides engineering solutions for cost effective and efficient operations while using compliant change control procedures. Responsible for investigate and manage improvement costs, communicate changes, and reporting performance.
� Responsible for operating within a quality management system based on continuous improvement and quality assurance in all business activities.
� Responsible for overall performance in the units. Establishes operation equipment specifications. The goal will be to understand all aspects of the equipment, how to measure and improve it.
� Experience with developing and improving manufacturing techniques for automated inspection equipment.
� Interfaces with product design and development to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
� Interfaces with manufacturing manager�s staff to ensure that process changes do not adversely affect the assembly of equipment.
Education /Experience:
� Four-year degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years experience.
� A proven success record in process improvement or implementation
� Strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques. Proficient in technical writing and reporting.
� Enjoys working in a team environment.
