Manufacturing Engineer

Duties and responsibilities;

The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support to mechanical, cable and wave soldering processes in an EMS environment and is the backup support for surface mount technology processes.

1) Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
2)  Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
3)  Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
4)  Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.  Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.

Requirements:

5 years of manufacturing experience in related or similar field.
BS Engineering degree
U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
