I have more than 25 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and printed circuit board (PCB) structural test. My forte is in-circuit test (ICT) program and fixture development and debug on the HP/Agilent 3070. I have more than 16 years of 3070 ICT development and another 10 years with a variety of other in-circuit testers. I have also done some limited functional test development along with automated optical inspection (AOI) and some limited exposure with X-Ray inspection (Agilent 5DX). I have developed tests for the following industries: Computers (server and desktop motherboards and peripherals); medical (X-Ray and ultrasound equipment); avionics (flight control and ordnance delivery); automotive (ABS systems); telecommunications (ADSL and modems) as well as various industrial control units.

I have been involved with Design For Excellence (DFx) for more than 15 years and recently spent a full year at Intel (in Hillsboro, Oregon) performing DFx reviews for their Advanced Product Development (servers) group. This entailed coordinating and performing reviews with their contract manufacturing (CM) partners, as well as training Intel and CM personnel in China, Malaysia, Mexico and other U.S. locations in the art/science of DFx.

My customer service skills are top notch and I am well versed in training others, presenting to customers and communicating with all levels of management.
