Facility, Manufacturing and Program Manager

(CURRENT)

  • Select, procure, and install major capital equipment.
  • Negotiate customer contracts for manufacturing.
  • Maintain strategic customer liaison.
  • Ensure production compliance to quality procedures.

Maintenance Technician and Programmer

  • Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on assembly machinery.
  • Troubleshoot machinery failure.
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of assembly machinery.
  • Maintain and review machinery maintenance logs.
  • Collect and analyze data; perform root cause analysis of production machinery problems.
  • Train operators on machine operation and maintenances procedures.
  • Follow and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Maintenance and Programming MPM Screen Printer, SANYO-HSP, JUKI Chip Shooter, UIC-GSM, JUKI Fine Pitch, Vitronic, Conceptronic Reflow Oven, Electrovert (LEAD), Folungwing (LEAD FREE) Wave Solder, GenRad ICT, Nicolet Imaging System X-RAY, DIP-UIC, VCD-UIC, RAD-UIC Through Hole Insertion and etc.

Manufacturing Supervisor

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing, inspecting, and repairing electronic products, subassemblies,
  • Analyzes manufacturing requirements, prepares production schedule, and distributes work assignments according to order priorities and worker availability.
  • Reviews work orders, product specifications, and technical instructions to determine facility requirements, equipment, and supplies to meet production goals.
  • Examines product for defects, utilizing knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards, to ensure conformance to product specifications
  • Measures daily manufacturing performance versus plan, and work with manufacturing and engineering to determine and communicate corrective actions to maintain on-plan performance.
  • Develops and maintains production scheduling systems to accurately and reliably schedule manufacturing work centers
  • Works closely to commit delivery dates to customers considering manufacturing capacity and loaded demand - maintaining >95% on time delivery.
  • Measures daily manufacturing performance versus plan, and work with manufacturing and engineering to determine and communicate corrective actions to maintain on-plan performance.
  • Develops and maintains inventory management systems and processes to ensure all material resource requirements are in place in line with production plan, whilst minimizing inventory holdings
  • Assures all team members are appropriately trained

Machine Operator

  • Receive information from SMT technicians, Supervisors, Systems, etc
  • Expected to pro-actively stage feeders, assist in changeovers, feeder replenishment, etc.
  • Machine set up - load program and run machine
  • Inspect, straighten / replace components
  • Load parts on machine / fill logs
  • Keep area / machines clean and safe
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
