Forced Convection Reflow Ovens. Description:
The Fritsch Convection Reflow Soldering System uses recirculated hot air to accomplish reflow at much lower temperatures than IR systems. Using constant, even heating, a great variety of board sizes will reach reflow temperature with the same heat profile. By eliminating set-up times your production line can work to its fullest capacity. Our ovens offer a wide stainless steel spring wire belt that can handle up to 14 wide boards. Belt speed is controllable from 4 to 48 per minute. Each zone is independently controlled for accurate temperature profiles. The FR-360 features full computer control. The color graphics system ensures quick operator training with simple menu driven commands. The software gives you storage capability for up to 25 profiles. Full process monitoring and built-in profiling make this oven very easy to operate. Detachable thermocouples can be used to measure the substrate temperatures, providing profiling management readout of temperatures reached, time above reflow and temperature gradients.Forced Convection Reflow Ovens. was added in Jan 2001
