We are a Malaysia base company producing test and tape handlers especially for SMT Opto products since 1996 and a Europe base Co is one of our major customer for the test and tape machines. Our team comprises of specialize from opto-electronic manufacturing background. We had built machines for the following packages ie. SMT TopLED, MiniTopLED, TopLED with Lens, Reverse Gullwing, SideLED, Sanatana Package,Power TopLED, MultiLED, 6 Lead Muiltiled etc. Also had experience in test and tape sub con operation. The throughput time of the handler is 12,000/hour depending on the test time with a very competitive price. Input feeding can be either using vibrator bowl, strip or reel feeding with inline concept where the reel units are trim & form, test, sort and tape. Tape reels are scan for Bar Code Label with the actual test program. We provide customization and total solution to our cutomers.
