That is why SUN-TEC's Electronic Manufacturing Services (Electronic Contract Manufacturing) for flexible, heat sensitive substrates has reached a very high reliability. SUN-TEC may mount SMD electronics on touch sensitive inserts, like Dynasim from Algra. These inserts are usually pressure/temperature laminated between Aluminum and Polymeric materials at temperatures below 125 °C. SMD LEDsmust be seccured by spacers, which are thicker than the SMD elements on the film.
