Product changing process of PCB vacuum loader
1. Press Stop and Reset.
2. Need to input the Password “8888” before changing the parameter setting every time.
3. Go to the parameter interface, and click Rail width reset to reset the rail width first.
4. Measure the board width, set it into the Rail Width setting, and click Adjust rail width.
Making sure the board can go in and out of the conveyor system smoothly.
5. Click Manual to let the machine run in manual mode and follow the below to check
whether the board can load into the conveyor system and send it out to the next machine smoothly.
