In this paper, we develop and put into practice an Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) system based on machine vision to check the holes on a printed circuit board (PCB). We incorporate the hardware and software. For the hardware part, we combine a PC, the three-axis positioning system, a lighting device and CCD cameras. AOI Viscom S6056 problem -- Hello, We recently acquired a used Viscom S6056 DS1W machine which is currently not operational. The initialization fails and we are encountering a repeated error: "D0, Vtrans command invalid." This error is also appearing with codes D4, D5, and D6. I have tested the Vtrans using the DigiIO app, which successfully reads all sensor data across various zones. However, it cannot activate any motors, clamps, etc. Could anyone provide guidance or troubleshooting tips for this issue? Additionally, we do not have a manual for this machine. If anyone could share a copy, it would be immensely appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, Radek

Calibration problem FUJI NXT III -- Good morning, After the visit of an external technician due to the change of cables, when resetting the camera mark again when doing the inspection fails to check the calibration points of the conveyor. Is it possible that the technician has decalibrated the light/mirror of the mark camera? What can be done to repair it? I've already replaced the mark camera with a new one but the problem remains.
