Effect of Multiple Reflow Cycles on Intermetallic Compound Creation

This paper deals with the effect of the solder profile and multiple reflow cycles on intermetallic compound (IMC) creation. Soldered joints between PCB and 1206 size chip resistors were made from SAC 305 or SnBi solder alloy. Samples were reflowed one to six times with one of the two different soldering profiles for each soldering alloys. 3D print custom nozzle or cnc machine? -- I'm thinking about making a custom nozzle for a hirose connector my UIC machines have trouble putting down correctly. I'm thinking of printing the nozzle from stainless steel or something else. Does anyone have a material preference for nozzles? I read thinking steel as it would be easy to grind flat. Does anyone have a drawing for an IL4 or 7 spindle universal instruments nozzle? I've measured but an actual official drawing would be great. I can't find full drawings for the uic nozzle.

SMT relay panasonic TX2SA-5V reflow problems -- In our company we are facing the problem at our SMT line with component: relay panasonic TX2SA-5V.... Very frequently there are missing or lifted components(chips or small SOT) nearby of theses relays after reflow. Did someone faced to simmilar issue?
