█ Printed Circuit Board Assembly & PCB Design Forum

Robot soldering -- Hello, I am trying to solder transformer on one of our PCB using robot ( apollo seiko) but due to large ground pad on 1 PIN, its unable to achieve 75 % barrel fill ( Class 2 Spec). I am utilizing sticky flux as well but barrel fill is approximately 60 %, if anyone knows any solution please help. Thank you

Heller Reflow Oven Fan Noise -- We acquired a Heller 1809 MKIII and the fan on the bottom side of zone one makes a high pitched hum while the oven is at room temp. Once the oven starts to heat up, the noise goes away. The bearings were in bad shape, so we replaced those but it didn't fix the problem. We have found that if we lower the fan slightly, the noise goes away too but cant find anything that is interfering with the fan. Does anyone have any ideas?
