█ Printed Circuit Board Assembly & PCB Design Forum

Looking for Lead free solder paste Water washable with a melting point above 227 deg C -- I have a customer requesting Lead free solder paste with a melting point above 227 deg C. Must be OA as well. I am having a hard time finding it. We are currently using FCT SN100C, but the residues don't seem to be removed easily. So I am looking for others to try. Thanks for any help.

BTU Pyramax 150N Flux Crystals 2025 -- Fellow SMTnet Members, I posted a thread a couple of years ago regarding flux crystals in one of our BTU ovens. The original thread can be found by searching "BTU Pyramax 150N Flux Crystals". We continue to fight this issue. We did install a new AquaScrub retrofit kit to this oven which has helped drastically but not fully resolved the issue. Instead of constantly cleaning crystals from inside the oven, we are now cleaning the AquaScrub system around every 2 weeks due to clogged up debris. We also installed heat tape on our extraction pipes to help keep these crystals from collecting inside and forcing them to collect right in the AquaScrub wash tank. Is anyone else currently fighting this issue or seen something like it in the past? The old thread has details regarding the type of solder paste being used and such. Thanks in advance!
