I have tried to solder sockets by reflow machine. but, failed because sockets were deformed after reflow.Has anyone had some advise for me?

This socket supplier never expected you to do what you're doing to his/her part. Some materials bear-up under the thermal strain of reflow solder than others. Try different socket materials.

Thanks Davf that socket we couldn't change since the customers supply these sockets.we can contro only our process.

i agree, with the other fellow, check the data sheet for the part and see what it can handle otherwise hand assemble.

To be honest, I have never had success wave soldering or reflow soldering batteries, regardless of their intended use. If you're going to continue a manual operation to solder one pin, I'd suggest that you just solder the entire component in by ha
