I have some servo driver boards that intermittantly fail and would like some information on getting them repaired. Do any of the members know of a 3rd party repair facility that can repair/exchange these boards? As not having a schematic for these so

Steve, We sent them back to the manufacturer and 'if' they are repairable they will repair them for a minimal cost...haha... and send them back to you. Have fun....

I have found a company called Cleveland Motion Control that will fix them for a flat fee. Did a little searching and found them using Altavista.com Cheers

How are you shipping, 3rd party such as UPS, DHL, etc. Or do you have your own personnel who will be a lot more carful with the packages? I've shipped boards just in the silver ESD bags with out problems. The trick is to pack them fairly tightly so

i have a up 3000 ultraflex. the lower half of the tactile sensor is stuck down. i have replaced the driver board, check wire down to drive board,check the fuse for power on the driver board.
