Hi There, Does anyone out there have the specifications for the old stick feeders from JUKI? I'm interested in sizes for SO8 chips. I bought two SFN3 feeders but they seem the wrong size for so8 Thanks in advance Aurash

I don't know Juki but I know stick feeding SO8 ICs. If you have a lot of them regularly then consider getting a tape and reel machine.

just some odd situations when you can't find ICs on T/R but with the current shortage we got some parts on sticks. We usually avoid sticks like the plague. Aurelian

We also use MBF feeders, sadly the belts perish and you can no longer purchase the original belts

I'm not positive on the SFN3 but I have three of the MBF80-SOL which might be more inline to what you are after for 8mm package. It haa 5 lanes. It sounds like the MBF80 is... MBF80-SO/SOL 6-Lane Belt Feeder, 3 SOL, 3 SOIC. 3 SOLIC + 3 SOIC. Edward A

Does anybody know where I can find juki vibratory stick feeders. Juki doesn't offer them any more and I was wondering if some of you doesn't have any that you are not using.

It might be difficult to purchase new vibratory feeders. So, used feeders could be your only option * ECM Equipment Sales; 4203 S. Purslane Drive; Homosassa, FL 34448; (352)302-8100 ecmsales.com * IBE SMT Equipment , 318 Corporate Woods Drive, Magno

We still have a lot of parts supplied in stick format for one reason or another and had some old MBF feeders which work great, does anyone know an alternative aside from the vibratory type feeder?

We use JUKI KE2060 now, and we consider purchase of two YS12 for our next assembly line. But I'm afraid some of the details, like lack of pick-hight measurment function in YS12, we got used to perform at the begining of new production run (by JUKI's
