We have 6 Vitronics Soltec ovens. 4 XPM 820's, an XPM 1240, and an XPM3. All of them are great, but we're very impressed with the XPM3, you can't go wrong.

I would look at Vitronics-Soltec such as the XPM 820 or even the 520. BTU also makes very nice ovens. The Hellers I used to use went through blowers every 6 mos. and both of them came it defective. You must have got lucky or I got unlucky. Russ

Do I need to lower temperature of bottom zone (for common size parts) while reflow 2nd side of the board or I should be using same profile as I used for 1st side reflow? Will parts on bottom side will stay in place without changing temperature?

Q1. Can I do this myself on site? A1. Sure. Most companies demoisturate their components in-house. Q2. Can we use our Vitronics Soltec XPM820 Reflow Oven? A2. You can. Most of us would be using an oven like that in our product processing. If you look

Hi Guys, So I work for a small contract manufacturer which caters mainly to the defense sector. As such, our customers haven't (yet) had a great need to incorporate 01005's into their designs. Looking forward, we decided to "take the plunge" and dia
