Hi Marcelo The two machines I mentioned are the American type but they have an internal transformer fitted to convert from 110 to 220 Volts for U.K. Incidentally only one of the machines does it on a regular basis whilst the other one is mostly O.K

Agreed, as long as the customer has the choice. The FSE should not make assumptions that the customer will provide all the tools. When they show up without any tools and no communication with the customer to that effect, the customer has no choice

I agree with AVFM. We have had at least 5 TP machines and a MY12. We stick carrier tape to scrap circuit boards with double sided tape. Teach it as a tray. Works perfect. The Count On strip feeder looks cool but is no necessary in my opinion.

I agree with SWAG on this. Nano Coatings make a big difference on paste release. I found when placed on the topside of the stencil, it also helps to reduce stencil wear, though others complained that it affected the solder roll, so most stencil house

We all agree that you need to have your machine fixed. It probably needs calibration. Using Lead paste will help the parts to self align in the oven - however your misplacement should cover at least 50% of your pad. Pb free paste will not self align

Agree. However the LGA has an even lower standoff, so I would think it would be an even greater challenge. The LGA is a cheaper choice but want to know from those who have done both if the extra cost of the SnPb BGA would pay for itself in lower rew

Yes, I agree that finding a vendor that can do fabrication plus the metalwork may be difficult. I am open to those board vendors who have relationships with others who can do the metal for them and then ship the final product to us. There must be so
