Hi Everyone, I have a number of LED's of different voltages. Would someone please tell me how I can measure the voltage of each LED so I don't apply the wrong voltage and burn them out. Thanks. JW

Is there a indutry standard on SMT datecode? My last company's guideline was two years but I don't remember seeing any specific studies. Thanks.

We agree with John about his comments on the controlable factors relating to your printer, but we'd add that paste formulation and mesh are also contributors to nice looking bricks.

Yes. I agree with the previous comments. If you will switch to Water Soluble Flux you need an Aqeous Cleaner.

Hi Abraham, One solution for BGA cleaning issues may be found in a different way of applying the paste/flux. Look into this link and let us know if you would like to try a sample. http://www.sipad.com/SIPADBGA.htm mkehoe@sipad.net

Is there anyone out there using the Red-E-Set board support system ? If so, could you please comment on it. Thanks

They take the place of the tooling pins. They magnetically attach to the table. Board comes in, table raises, Red-E-Set supports the board, prints, done. You just have to do the initial setup before running. We bought 4 units for each machine. J

The Red-E set tooling is the lightest that we have found on the market. A key metric when attaching to a moving XY table like that of the 4791 HSP. Simple, lightweight, relatively inexpensive. I can't find many issues with that. T. Vick

I recently obtained a used Ungar SMR1000 rework station. Does anyone know where to find information and parts for this? Thanks, Steve
