Dave, Yes the process is in control or that part that we can control. Visual inspection on first boards and then after a batch. I have had good prints with our current printing machines. My operators are very conscious of there work. Quality control

Don�t your recent findings on soldering defects point towards less need for AOI? Besides that, I imagine that with 100% control and having only good prints being processed while the bad ones getting washed and reprint you will see this magical 0%. Sh

hi, yes i know those machine'a are made by YAMAHA !! Philips sels them under a different name. i know this machine (PHILIPS, YAMAHA) uses UFO's and BRD Files! It would be great sending us the software including the manuals! Thnx alot pal. Best rega

You better be careful how you plug vias at screenprint - we currently have a customer that wants vias plugged, so we had a 2% aperature reduction so we would not have to much paste, I believe it should have been reduced more because some of the solde
