Try Looking at Selective soldering, Unless you have that many through hole components. Ace offers a great machine for selective soldering.

When you break them where is the failure? Is it the solder joint (doubtful), the part termination, the body of the part, or the board? If in the solder joint, is it in the bulk solder or intermetallic? If in the part, what direction is the crack?

This breaks the soldering not the body of the part. It breaks 90 degree from the length of teh componet.Is there any diffrence if I will use the solder paste of the type 4 for the 0603 componet.

Baking of the component helps it depends on the type of contamination and how much contamination. It sounds like your purchasing is buying from brokers.
