OK, First of all I think someone needs to get some training on this. Do you know how to edit the program? I don't want to explain in detail if you got some common knowledge of it. Write back and we see what we can help you with.

hi Mark the problem with fujiamerica is that it only allows people who live in north america to get the support, it is asking too much personal details, so why it is free?

Um...I would reject those boards. skip plating is a process indicator...a bad indicator. IF your building to class 3...I would get the rep in ASAP and reject the lot.

How old are these parts? Sn/Ni plating is very succeptable to age and everything else. They are possibly tarnished. Also, what is your peak temp in reflow? It takes about 225 230 C to get good wetting to the underlying nickel. Russ

Thanks for the info. I have looked at an EVA mesh that will pass esd test as well as exposure to w/s flux and hot water. Stainless is great but the the softer material is what I want. I want to get samples of the thermoplastics from Mcmaster. Thanks

Steve, the web will not do your needs justice. I would suggest reading everything you can get your hands on. There is much to be learned that has already been published...and even more that has not. There are so many trade-offs with surface finish

Hi John, We use Spray mount adhesive on durastone pallets, then kapton tape on the egdes. We have produced upto 25K flexi PCB's a day with this method. The trick is to get just the right amount on the pallet, to maintain tackiness. Cheers, Rob.

Oh, you posted something about that a couple of weeks ago. Nice that you have the justification, too bad that's the way you needed to get it.
