We are continuing to struggle with voids under BGA's. Our problem are not consistent. some CCA's are perfect but others have pin hole sized voids. Does anyone have any feedback on Indium 92j and how it performs for bga's?

Are you running a water soluble process? There may have been an instance where a certain Xtal could not be washed. We have always waved Xtals like Dave without fear.

For dots this size I have applied a thin coat of Chemtronics CM8, let set 10 mins then waved. The preheaters finished the cure before the board reached the wave. You just have to drill into the heads of who applies the mask that thinner is better!

Depends on how many nozzles you will need for the larger board - if its 8 or less (4 per head) then you can take it out. You shouldn't have too many problems with this as with your setup you have one for small stuff & one for big stuff.

We do have experience whit the Mirtec. We have a Viscome and a Mirtec. We are very satisfied over the Mirtec.

I agree, but OSHA is starting to get curious about the high turnover rate we are having and are curious why there has been no complaints. And I just can't tell them that I am killing the operators off before they have a chance to complain.
