I agree with prior postings, but there is no perfect yes/no answers, right (left)...? Only good questions to be answered. I think it is overkill to have an extra stencil, why do you need it? (That is if you have a proper stencil cleaning equipment).

What is the package type? TO92, TO5...etc. This temp. sensing device clips (mechanically) to the sink. And this requires a special tool? How about thermo bond heat sink compound? "output" by loc tite is the only flavor I can think of...There a

Reflow and wave flow solders have to be changed more often because of contamination. Pb free PCB's don't solder as well so you will likely have to find a new process or supplier. The higher temperatures heat soak the components so they all need to be

In same board both leaded and lead-free components used.

Hi, What's the best process for going lead free? Ordering lead free parts and using them with current paste, and then once all the parts are lead free, moving to lead free paste as well? Then the wave will be fun to change over. What a nightmare th

In one board we are using 213 SMT components out of which 23 components are lead-free and the rest are leaded. The paste used is also leaded. Do we have to make any changes in the profile of our reflow oven ? Also will there be any negative effect on
