Brian, The SRT FPD-W is an older unit that has been successful for a long time. We have used it at BEST with good results. The SRT FPD-W is a very good machine for the uses you mentioned except possibly for the BGAs. I have seen some used for BGA

I have one suggestion why don't you align all parts and take a close look at it if you can find any misaligned component after that. IF SO, that's machine's repeatibility problem.(or mechenical problem-dirty nozzle, wrong pick up and placement height

Hi Dave, This particular p/n calls for print&etch for wet process..and the problem occured due to surface contamin. with resist residue resisting copper from etching off. The high pressure nozzle was a problem at developing oper. and it is fixed now
