It sounds like a mechanical issue. Otherwise, you'd lose other calibration. Try backing up the parameters. Then, when the camera is out of calibration, restore the parameter and see if that fixes the problem.

No camera re-calibration is required. Just don't load the deafult calibration parameters. /

IPC or DFM? Most DFMs are controlled by the equipment restrictions which will define this parameter. "Dross is just abused solder"

You cannot configure or change this parameter. I would suspect your ultra sonic sensor at the begining of the machine is bad.

The parameters are the same as leaded paste. The results are slightly worse.
