Dear JummyB We noted that when the machine is initializing, and when all check step pass, we just push ready button and the main relay or contactor must be activated but is not, it looks like one Card in front of the machine where all the drivers ar

Hello Sean, We are currently using a Pin in Paste process to mount some through hole relays. This particular board has 72 relays per. We have cut the stencil to overprint the hole. By putting a small amount of solder in the hole to flux the lead, th

Relays huh? I can tell you from previous experience that relays are not a good heat gun candidate. Did you check how long this part can withstand the 240? I do not know what the 4 setting is on a liester but it is probably well in excess of the 24

Todd, It's been a while since I have looked at this but I believe the IP-1 does not have a relay board for the feeders. +24 Vdc is wired to a pin on the connector and the I/O board (NO 3 I think) switches the ground. If you don't have +24 Vdc at 1

Hi, You were right on the money, the day after I posted, I recalibrated the LASER height .020 off on LA head, .01 off on LAIC, running perfect now. Secondary issue is a flicker on the monitor, the grid stays up after teaching XY coordinates, someti

I changed the satus B bit to disable the MTU (still on though). It doesn't wait for the MTU anymore but I get a Emergency and Door NG errors. The relay tripped. Is there a way to completely disable the MTU (leave it off) and power up the IP? This sho
