Conformal Coat Masking

Does anyone know of a company that cuts kapton masking to desired shape per Gerber Data for conformal coat masking applications? (Preferably Pacific Northwest Region).

Try home-plated the stencil apertures, and make "V" shape home-plated outside edges of two pads instead of between two pads.

Nomorely the V-shape home-plated apertures look like two opening mouth facing each other. But this time just opposite way. And make 30% home-plated. Hope you can understand.

where are your pear shaped balls located? :) you said about 10% of the balls have been affected are they mainly around the egde of the BGA or in the corners ect?

Just thought I'd post and let you all know, SMT Research helped me identify the issue here. Turns out it's the outer moveable rail on the XY table. The clamp bracket brakes were in bad shape, and the outer rail was slipping.

BGA Reflow Issue

Sorry about that. I'd like to post a picture but doubt it's possible. Baseball cap = The pad solder reflows but the BGA ball and the pad don't reflow together in a continuous elliptical shape. Carol
