We have some larger MSL3 parts that require baking. they are 6mm thick which takes them off the chart provided at http://www.jedec.org/download/search/jstd033a.pdf Does anyone have a reference that would tell me the baking times for these component

Bert, Sounds like the CPU in your IP 1 needs replaced. I have seen the exact same issue a few times over the years. Only fix I came up with was replacing the CPU. Contact me if you would like to buy a functional used replacement. Thanks, Jared

There are several smd components in our factory that don't reliably wet to solder during reflow. Paste and placement are good, but the component won't wet reliably. All of the other components on the boards solder fine, but one of these components

thanks I haven't the same shift in all the components, that's why I need to correct them one by one and this takes a lot of time. I am searching in the Software of the machine if there is any way to change just one parameter to correct all the data
