The IC-BGA-1 enables inspectors to view BGA placement at a fraction of the cost of larger, automated systems. The camera can also be used in conjunction with optional PC/Measurement software. This enables documentation, insertion into training manuals, e-mail to other offices or facilities and DDE spreadsheet link.
