ADVANCED FLEXIBLE SYSTEM FOR HOT-BAR SOLDERING OF LUMILED EMITTER TERMINALS

Based on our proven experience in the fields of electronics and automations, IVAS Tech succeeded to develop one system for simultaneously dispensing, placement and soldering processes over Lumiled Emitter terminals. Thanks to the linear motor driven X and Y movement HBSM offers reliable, accurate and precise application process combining high throughput and low changeover time.

Due to its modular construction, HBSM can be used as a Pick&Place machine and a hot bar solder. With a simple readjustment to the Z axis, you can easily mount the two soldering tips. The soldering temperature as well as the pressure is adjustable i.e. controllable to generate a high energy density in a short timeframe and to prevent open soldering joints. The special nozzle ensures damage free pick up process and holds the component firm yet steady while placement and soldering. Those features make HBSM a cutting edge solution for small/mid size production facilities.
