MicroSnugger SMTECH/QUAD replacement Board handling System

The MicroSnugger (PAT APP FOR) board handling system from SigmaPrint Technologies can be fitted to all Sigmaprint MicroFlex and SMTech UP100 Derivative surface mount screen-printing machines such as;

SMTech 90 Benchtop, (Quad VMP20B).

SMTech 100S, (Quad VMP20S), (MPM UP100).

SMTech 100MV, (Quad VMP20MV), (MPM UP100 with Vision).

This system substantially reduces costs by not needing specific registration pins to suit different PCB�s that you might be presented with.

When used in conjunction with SigmaPrint�s innovative �tooless tooling� it can be quickly setup to register the board between two fixed stops and two sprung faces. No tools are needed to set up the tooling to accept a new board for printing.
