ELC-1100P is the latest innovation from PROMATION. This is an Automatic Label Generation and Placement work cell that is used for in-line processing of PCBs that require marking.
ELC-1000P incorporates the Teklynx Gold label software that is seamlessly integrated into the work cells on board PCs and heavy-duty robotic gantry. The placement head allows for X, Y and Z programming, enabling the system to place labels on either PCB surfaces or component surfaces (up to 100 mm tall).
This PC-driven system can incorporate an internal flipper for placement of labels on both sides of the PCB in a single pass. 1D/2D bar code verifiers also may be added to ensure that the printer label can be read prior to placement.
