PROMATION, Inc. releases a new, flexible robotic platform for top side selective soldering - PROFLEX

The PROFLEX platform may be configured for: Hot Iron soldering, Diode Laser soldering, Diode Laser with Hot Air assist, or just Hot Air convection. Additional heads may be added for Paste Dispense and/or pick and place prior to soldering.

The system is available for hand load ~ single nest, dual slide shuttles, and in-line conveyor versions. Built on a rugged welded steel frame, the platform is designed for mid to extremely high volume production.
