The random fishbowl drawing took place the last day of the show 68 people representing 59 companies entered the promotion. Chuck Dixon of Lear was the lucky winner, and was presented with the material handling system on October 23, 2007.
"The INOCART material handing system giveaway was a great way of promoting Inovaxe during the show," said Bob Douglas, president. "It was great to have the SMTAI show in Florida and we look forward to supporting the show again in 2008."
INOCART is a material handling system, designed for electronic manufacturers, that allows numerous electronic package types to be stored in a secure, controlled manner, whether it be reels, tubes, waffle trays, or printed circuit boards (PCBs). The material handling system dramatically reduces floor space dedicated to inventory management.
INOCART is a mobile bonded stockroom capable of locating wherever material is needed throughout the production plant. It eliminates the need for inflexible caged bonded stockrooms as INOCART is fully locking.
Available in a variety of sizes including one, two and three bays wide, INOCART has a maximum storage capacity up to 1,200+ component packages in distinct locations in a very small footprint.
Included with each INOCART is an inventory management software that is simple to use and provides numerous inventory-tracking benefits in addition to part number and quantity, such as RoHS compliance status and vendor consignment status.
