STI's Mel Parrish to Hold Product Assurance Meeting at APEX 2009

MADISON, AL � March 2009 � STI Electronics Inc., a full service organization providing training, electronic and industrial distribution, consulting, laboratory analysis, prototyping, and small- to medium-volume PCB assembly, is proud to announce that Mel Parrish, FSO/Director Training Materials Resources, will conduct a standards development meeting at the upcoming APEX Conference & Exhibition. The Product Assurance (7-30) Committee Meeting will take place on Monday, March 30, from 8-9 a.m.

This is a planning and coordination meeting for all Product Assurance Committee task group and subcommittee leaders. The meeting is by invitation only for Technical Committee Chairs of standards including IPC-A-600, 610, 620, 7711/21, 820, etc.

The purpose of this meeting is to promote interaction within the Peer Leaders for any support they may need for their individual committees. It also will pass on any urgent information or guidance issues from the IPC Committee Chairman Council (CCC) and the Technical Activities Executive Council (TAEC).
