Process Sciences Adds New Capabilities to Failure Analysis Analytical Laboratory

Austin, TX � Process Sciences, Inc. (PSI) has announced that it has added new capabilities to its Failure Analysis Analytical Laboratory. PSI has added a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), a Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), and an X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) system.

In making the announcement, Philip Prud�homme, Technical Marketing Manager, said, �These valuable tools add to PSI�s already impressive equipment list, which includes Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with EDS X-Ray Detection, Microscopic Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry (FTIR), and Ion Chromatography (IC). These enhancements to our technical capabilities allow us to provide a greater range of services to our customers, and a higher level of sophistication.� PSI offers physical and chemical testing services, including materials and process qualifications, root cause analysis, as well as analysis of failures.
