NCAB Group, one of the world’s largest suppliers of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with headquarters in Sweden, is pleased to announce the hire of Ray Vandal. Mr. Vandal has joined NCAB Group as the General Manager for the Southeast Division.

In this key role, Vandal will oversee the development and implementation of sales and customer support for this region. He will be responsible for the successful operation of the Southeast Division, managing the inside and outside sales teams to provide NCAB customers with exceptional service and support.

Mr. Vandal has extensive experience in the PCB industry. He held a number of management positions with Viasystems, including manufacturing director, quality director and sales account manager. He also was the quality director for ITC PCB in Dallas, TX. Most recently, Vandal was the business development manager for Soucy Plastics. He attended the University du Québec in Montréal, Canada, obtaining a degree in Business Administration. Vandal is a member of ASQ and EAA.

The first thing I noticed when I met with NCAB management was their team spirit,” commented Vandal. “It was obvious that they were having fun at work even if they are working in a very fast pace environment. NCAB has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and from a sales standpoint, this is very important. Additionally, their structure to have local support to be closer to the customer is a major differentiator. Our business model is different and innovative; taking full responsibility of the entire delivery is unique and can only benefit the customer and build a long-term partnership”.

The NCAB Group USA Divisions provide local access for customers supported by the strength of a large global enterprise. These regional divisions are dedicated to the local market, providing customers with immediate access to technical and commercial assistance. NCAB Group’s Southeast Division will provide immediate support for customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Founded in 1993 in Sweden, NCAB quickly became a leading PCB supplier in Europe and has experienced growth every year. Today, NCAB Group is established in; Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Russia, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Macedonia, China and the USA.
