Swiss company MC-SOFT in Peseux Switzerland is taken over by ESSEMTEC LTD.
MC-Soft , as a specialist in fully automatic dispensing systems, is in operation since 1985 and develops dispensing solutions mainly within the field of electronic production. Extensive know how in adhesive, solder paste as well as encapsulation dispensing guarantees professional solutions in the area of small to midsize volume automatic productions. All systems incorporate an automatic height calibration as well as a fully automatic dot size calibration and recalibration by a vision system.
The combination of ESSEMTEC�s machine building experience in the field of SMD pick and place systems, reflow ovens as well as screen/stencilprinter with the specialised dispensing know how of MC-Soft allows a fast introduction of a complete new family of automatic dispensing systems. The use of the pick and place platforms CLM and CSM provides a stable and cost effective base for a full range of new products with an outstanding price/performance ratio.
Systems for adhesive or solder paste dispensing are already introduced (CDS6110 and CDS6120). A SMEMA compatible inline system with two separate dispensing heads (for adhesive/solder paste or dam and fill applications) is available from February 2002.
