Mar 20, 2009

TORRANCE, CA March 2009 Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, announces that it will exhibit Young Jin's line of conveyors in booth 1035 at the upcoming APEX 2009 exhibition and conference, scheduled to take place March 31-April 2, 2009, in Las Vegas.

Several models will be on display in Seika Machinery's APEX booth. There are many options available for Young Jin including the following:

The Link Conveyor is designed to connect each piece of equipment in the SMT line effectively through a SMEMA interface. Featuring a slim, round design and double base plate structure, this model offers an applied diverse conveyor rail length. Numerous options are available including a motorized auto-width control system, ESD top safety cover, motorized conveyor speed control, PCB cooling fan, a slide guide type of lower shelf for part containment and more.

The Sliding Conveyor connects equipment effectively when the standard lane is different from one process to the next. This model features a SMEMA interface, slim round design, double base plate structure, buzzer alarm function, ESD top safety cover and an applied diverse conveyor rail length. It also has timing belt adoption for low noise and low vibration. Options for the Sliding Conveyor include motorized auto-width control system, motorized conveyor speed control and touch screen operation.

The Shuttle Conveyor is designed to connect one to two lanes. This model comes standard with numerous features including a double base plate structure, a buzzer alarm function, and a diverse conveyor rail length and sliding stroke. Additionally, it has a SMEMA interface, a slim round design, LM guide, and timing belt adoption for low noise and low vibration. The Shuttle Conveyor uses a slide method with a stepping motor for ultra precise control. Various options are available for this model, including an ESD top safety cover, touch screen operation, motorized conveyor speed control and a motorized auto-width control system.

The Gate Conveyor is designed to allow the operator to pass directly through the SMT line. Also featuring a SMEMA interface, slim round design, buzzer alarm function, a double base plate structure, and timing belt adoption for low noise and low vibration, this model also offers an applied diverse conveyor rail length, a cover design that keeps it safe from dust and mote, and a slide method that uses an inverter for ultra precise

control. Options available for the Gate Conveyor include a motorized auto-width control system, work table, motorized conveyor speed control and touch screen operation.

The Array Conveyor arranges PCBs transferred from a belt or mash conveyor using electric pressure. A PCB stress-free structure, this conveyor features a SMEMA interface, slim round design, double base plate structure and buzzer alarm function. Additionally, the Array Conveyor has a motorized conveyor speed control and optional touch screen operation.

The Turning Conveyor connects one process to another when PCB flow changes 90 or 180. Featuring a SMEMA interface, slim round design and double base plate structure, this model boasts a buzzer alarm function, decreased PCB stress due to a shock absorber, a cover design that keeps the conveyor safe from dust and mote, and safe turning/sliding with a dual cylinder. The following options are available: motorized auto-width control system, motorized conveyor speed control and touch screen operation.

The Wave Soldering In/Out Conveyor supplies and transfers PCBs located in the front/rear part of the soldering equipment. This conveyor features a slim round design, double base plate structure, motorized conveyor speed control and an adjustable conveyor incoming angle (0~12). A cooling fan and motorized auto-width control system are available as options.
