In this position, Mr. Bahl has responsibility for Victron’s quality organization and the company’s compliance with CA FDB licensing, ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 certifications, ITAR, and other key regulatory agency approvals and certifications. Further to this, Mr. Bahl will be instrumental in enhancing the operational excellence within the company’s world-class manufacturing processes and lean programs.
Mr. Bahl arrives with more than 20 years of EMS and OEM experience in worldwide quality functions, operations and product management. More recently, Mr. Bahl served as Executive in Residence for Plug and Play Tech Center, a community of technology start-up companies. Previously, Mr. Bahl served as Vice President of Corporate Quality for a global EMS company responsible for quality, reliability and customer advocacy of worldwide EMS operations.
