The road show consists of onsite presentations that outline Bliss Industries’ products, lean strategies and implementation processes to help OEMs and contract manufacturers meet customer needs and overcome manufacturing bottlenecks to improve the bottom line.
The road show was developed in an effort to further improve the company’s customer service. Bliss Industries’ focus always has been to help its customers improve their processes and make their jobs easier. Customer service is a core focus for the company as a whole and especially in the sales department.
“I am excited to get out there and see more of our customers in their facilities. It should be a great learning experience for everyone,” said Shana Harris, VP of Sales & Marketing.
Bliss will visit the Southeast, Midwest and Upper Midwest, providing customers with the ability to ask questions about their manufacturing lines and learn which products will best help them improve their assembly process.
