Heller Reflow Oven Fan Noise

We acquired a Heller 1809 MKIII and the fan on the bottom side of zone one makes a high pitched hum while the oven is at room temp. Once the oven starts to heat up, the noise goes away. The bearings were in bad shape, so we replaced those but it didn't fix the problem. We have found that if we lower the fan slightly, the noise goes away too but cant find anything that is interfering with the fan. Does anyone have any ideas?
