I assume your problem is comming from the carrier. If it is so: 1. use carrier from another ,aterial 2. Use solder paste that handles faster profile Good luck!

We used to use Butyl-glycol then I ran out and someone said it was no longer available. or maybe it was cheaper without it. After you use that you clean off the Butyl-glycol with IPA (Isopropyl alcohol)

First check the profile. I would go with linear profile and smoother increase of temperature. Usually you will get tombstones when you have too aggressive profile. My next step will be to redesign the stencil.

Also coplanarity can be poor on these parts so overprinting the paste (beyond the pad perimeter) can increase volume to insure robust solder joint.

We use Koh Young for Solder Paste Inspection. Has been in steady use for over 5 years. Reliable and effective. Would buy the machine again. I receive no benefit from any company listed above. 'hege
