Try a fid teach on your changers. I don't recall how to do it but you'll find it pretty easy if you surf around. Also, the seals on the nozzles must be good and soft. If you can still get them new, I'd replace. Same goes for seals in changers. C

I agree with the other comment, if you have misprint something is wrong with the screen printing process, meanwhile try to get a ultrasonic cleaner for your boards, another thing you can do is to use dummy boards, if you don't have a lot of different

We recently got a batch wash machine that can use a chemical cleaner. (not a saponifier). NOW I feel confident cleaning no clean boards. Without a machine that can heat water and use a proper cleaning agent, I would not trust cleaning no clean boards

I may be mistaken but I believe that the solvents have defoaming agents in them. I get less foam when I use the solvent than when I don't. If you dissolve the flux in water and agitate it I believe it will foam. I haven't had any over flow issues w
