Reflow Oven getting Rust -- Top & bottom zones Diffuser plate & mesh Rust observed in one of Reflow oven that we have. Its 7 Zone Reflow oven of around 7 years old Machine. Requesting experts opinion to understand the feasible root causes.

Nitroflow 60 Nitrogen Generator Scroll Compressor -- We bought a used Parker Balston Nitroflow 60 which has an integral scroll compressor. We're not familiar with the machine so hoping someone here might be. I am trying to figure a few things out: 1. When the compressor turns off from reaching pressure, the scroll pump runs backwards for a few seconds. Is this normal? 2. The nitrogen membrane has a constant flow out of the o2 exhaust even if nitrogen is not being used and is at pressure. Is this normal? 3. The compressor cycles every minute due to the flow out of the membrane unit as noted above. How frequently should it cycle when the n2 is not being consumed? Thanks!
