The new expanded series of Panasonic replacement nozzles for high-speed (eight and 12-nozzle, Type A-0 and A-2) and multi-functional (Type B) placement heads offers a high productivity, low-cost alternative to OEM nozzles.
Most standard nozzles are available in a variety of materials, such as high strength plastic, tool steel, ceramic and diamond (PCD). All Panasonic CM nozzles from Count On Tools use the same reflectors as the OEM with a special hard coating to provide waterproofing, prevent scratches, and increase tool life and overall durability. COT CM nozzles also are compatible with the equipments’ chip thickness measuring sensor, if equipped.
