With PCB complexity and density increasing and also wider use of 3D devices, tougher requirements are now imposed on device inspection both during original manufacture and at their subsequent processing onto printed circuit boards. More complicated and dense packages have more opportunities to exhibit defects both internal to the package as well as to the PCB. As components increase in complexity their cost increases, making counterfeiting them a potentially lucrative business for unscrupulous individuals and organizations.

Looking for an alternative to Connor Clips -- We use Connor Sealing Clips for a few products in reflow. We've lost some over the years and I was going to replace them, but they have a 20 piece minimum, and I need 2 sizes. I was hoping to find an alternative. I was trying to attach a photo, but it just keeps posting my thread without the attachment. Connor Manufacturing is who makes them.

10 zone oven settings -- We have a new 10 zone oven but do not have a profiler yet. We are using lead free sac305 paste and would like to know what are the temps used for each of the 10 zones that would get us close for good feflow until we can profile?
